good to see ya here. as for run n gun advice. stick to the sides of the map/work your way towards the middle/be aware of spawns. its tough having people pop up from every corner but its also a bit of a rush

Spawns are probably the most important part of any CoD game. Use the radar to see where your teams are at to kind of get an idea of where they're spawning and then catch them off guard! Also learn the major traffic routs for each map.
